The 2024 Sharing Conference™ is on its way to the MGM National Harbor!

The Sharing Conference room block is now closed but the hotel does have availability. If you still need a room, you can book it by calling 877-622-3056 or by using the Marriott reservation link.

Conference Schedule

Conference events begin on Tuesday, May 17th and run through late afternoon on Thursday, May 19th. We encourage you to consult the conference agenda when making your travel plans so you don’t miss anything; it will be updated often as scheduling details are finalized.

Transportation

There are three airports in the nearby area. Reagan National Airport is only 7 miles from the hotel, while Dulles International and Baltimore Washington International are 35 and 40 miles away, respectively.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Please note check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Luggage storage will be available on Thursday since the conference doesn’t end until after check-out.

Reservations and Travel Arrangements

Hotel reservations and travel arrangements are not included in the conference registration fee, and must be made separately. We encourage you to stay at the MGM National Harbor for the best service and accommodations while you are attending the conference and anytime you are visiting the Washington, DC area. You can also take advantage of the M life Rewards travel program and earn points for your stay during the conference. Membership in the program is free.

Conference Attire

Business casual attire is recommended for all daily sessions and meal functions.

Weather

Average temperatures in May range between 75 for a high and lows in the 50s.
