Conference Schedule

Conference events begin on Monday, May 20th and run through late afternoon on Wednesday, May 22nd. Consult the agenda when making your travel plans.

Transportation

There are three airports in the nearby area. Reagan National Airport is only 7 miles from the hotel, while Dulles International and Baltimore Washington International are 35 and 40 miles away, respectively.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Please note check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.

Reservations and Travel Arrangements

Hotel reservations and travel arrangements are not included in the conference registration fee, and must be made separately. We encourage you to stay at the MGM National Harbor for the best service and accommodations while you are attending the conference and anytime you are visiting the Washington, DC area. You can also take advantage of the M life Rewards travel program and earn points for your stay during the conference. Membership in the program is free.

Conference Attire

Business casual attire is recommended for all daily sessions and meal functions.

Weather

Average temperatures in May range between 75 for a high and lows in the 50s.
