The Sharing Alliance continues to foster communications between the industry and CMS by providing conference attendees with the space to have transparency reporting questions answered in person, directly from members of CMS’ Open Payments Team. With that in mind, The Sharing Alliance is proud to announce this year’s:

CMS Town Hall Event

Thursday, May 8
11:00am – 12:00pm

With Special Guests
The Open Payments Team
Moderated by Sharing Alliance Board Member Judy Fox, QPharma

Growing state and global transparency initiatives continue to cause increasing concern within our industry. Federal reporting under Open Payments continues to be more and more challenging, and managing compliance across multiple reporting entities may be compromised as companies try to keep up.

In this open conversation Town Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to address questions to the CMS Team in person. You may also submit questions prior to the conference. This is a great way to get clarity on new or specific federal requirements and to share any challenges manufacturers may be facing when compiling required Federal reports.

Are you wondering what CMS is looking for in the reporting, regarding audits and what CMS is doing with the data that is being collected? Would you like them to understand your pain points when submitting data? Would you like to hear about best practices for being compliant with Open Payments reporting?

Interact directly with CMS in an open and comfortable setting and have your transparency related questions discussed and answered directly by the agency. Don’t miss it!
