Lisa A. Butler is the Director of State Licensing, DEA/PDMA Compliance within the Ethics, Risk & Compliance, CIA Operations area of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. She has held various roles within the pharmaceutical industry for the last 33 years and has worked within her current area of responsibility for the last 23. Lisa’s areas of expertise include DEA Controlled Substance compliance, PDMA Sample Compliance and State and Federal commercial distribution licensing for pharmaceutical products. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Centenary College in NJ. Lisa has been an Alliance Board Member since 2009 and is the current Sharing Alliance President. Lisa has been married to her best friend for 30 years and has two daughters, two sons and three amazing grandchildren.

Steve Conn

Genesis Life Science Logistics

Steve Conn has worked in the pharmaceutical sales sample distribution industry for over 34 years. He is currently Senior Vice President Commercial Development at Genesis Logistics. In his current role Steve works closely with Sample Accountability, Compliance and Supply Chain in the coordination, planning and execution of regulated deliveries of sales samples to field representative in accordance to the PDMA guidelines. Steve has a B.S. in Finance from Monmouth Universe and currently lives in Metuchen, NJ with his beautiful 15 year-old daughter.

Paul Hamby

IQVIA

Paul W. Hamby holds the position of Senior Director, US Regulatory Compliance (formerly BuzzeoPDMA) with IQVIA. Paul has been with the organization since July 1997 and directs all day to day operational activities and business functions for the US Regulatory Compliance business unit. In this capacity, Paul is responsible for delivery of superior customer satisfaction to a wide range of US Regulatory Compliance customers including pharmaceutical manufacturers, drug distributors, medical device, animal health, pharmacies and hospitals. Paul leads a diverse portfolio of support services that assist Healthcare companies strengthen and enhance their federal and state regulatory compliance efforts including sample management/accountability, computer systems validation and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and state regulatory compliance.

Prior to his time in the Life Sciences sector, Paul was employed for seven years as a civilian for the Naval Air Warfare Center where he led software testing and software process improvement efforts for various Navy and Marine helicopters, including the Presidential Helicopter program.

Paul earned a BS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University and is the proud dad of three wonderful daughters.

Laura is the CEO of Warehouse Anywhere, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in the logistics, SaaS, and professional services sectors. Laura holds an MBA from Louisiana State University as well as PMP, Lean Practitioner, and Six Sigma credentials. Her strong background in building high-performing teams and developing scalable processes continues to shape Warehouse Anywhere’s commitment to operational excellence and innovation.

Eric Johnson

With a deep background in business development, market research, technology solutions and data, Eric brings over 20 years of successful business leadership expertise from a number of highly regarded pharmaceutical service companies. Eric has led Commercial Development for CareTria since 2013 with responsibilities including oversight for New Product Identification and Conceptualization, New Product Commercialization, Sales, Contracting, Product Management, Customer Strategy and Solutions, as well as Marketing. As a published author and sought-after speaker in both the Key Opinion Leader and Samples Management markets, Eric brings a wealth of life sciences knowledge to the Company. Eric was awarded a BS in Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and has completed more than 60 graduate credit hours in technology and curriculum from St. Bonaventure and Gannon Universities.

Jonah Johnson

Accord Biopharma

Jonah Johnson is a senior Brand Manager for Accord’s Oncology portfolio. Mr. Johnson currently manages two commercial brands and is supporting additional launches coming in the summer of 2026. He was previously part of the Commercial & Marketing Analytics team at Accord, where he supported nearly every brand launch across the portfolio. Prior to working at Accord, he held multiple positions at MJH Life Sciences Agency Network as well as a consultant for HRA (Healthcare Research and Analytics) supporting multiple top pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Mr. Johnson holds a bachelors degree in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University.

Brad King

Kowa Pharmaceuticals America

Brad has been working in the Pharmaceutical Industry going on 30 years. Formerly employed with Cencora, (formerly AmerisourceBergen), ranked as a top 10 fortune 500 company. He had Compliance oversight at a division level as the Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager/Compliance Officer for the administrative and distribution/pharmacy side of the business covering Oncology Drugs, OTC, Controlled Substances, Med Surg and Med Device also serving as the HIPAA Privacy/Security Officer. He is currently employed with Kowa Pharmaceuticals America, Inc. (KPA) located in Montgomery, Alabama being the home office for the United States. His core areas of industry experience include Regulatory and Healthcare Compliance, Quality, Risk Management, Supply Chain and Business Operations. The parent company for KPA is Kowa Company, Ltd. (KCL) residing in Japan. He has worked for a “Big 3 Drug Wholesaler”, a Specialty Pharmacy, and now a Manufacturer. He graduated from Troy University with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management (concentration Leadership/Organizational Effectiveness), a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys being in the outdoors with his son, Collier, and being involved with his baseball and football teams.

Tommy King

Mr. King is currently the Associate Director of Marketing Operations at ANI Pharmaceuticals. Prior to working at ANI, he was a Vice President of Commercial Development at CareTria supporting sampling and free goods programs for multiple top pharmaceutical and biotech companies for twelve years. Mr. King also held director level positions at Pharmagistics, CCG and J. Knipper and Company. With 25 years experience in supporting over 100 pharmaceutical and biotech companies, Mr. King brings a wealth of knowledge regarding these marketing programs.

Jennifer Kretsch, RN

Gilead Sciences, Inc.

Jennifer is the Associate Director in Sales Operations at Gilead Sciences. Her experience includes over 10 years in the biotech pharmacology and healthcare industries. Her previous work experience includes being Neuroscience/Neurosurgery Nurse, and Human Resources Director in the hospitality industry.

Her current role includes leading the Drug Sample and Compliance Programs, where she manages sample accountability and the direct to practitioner programs. Over the years, she has launched several sample programs, supported the implementation of PDMA guided policies, conducted sample field training, and worked with key stakeholders to uphold all compliance requirements. Her additional role in Sales Operations includes Field Sales Enablement where she oversees Field Credentialing, Jurisdiction State Licensing, and Exhibits just to name a few.

Jennifer is a native of San Francisco Bay Area where she received her B.S. in Organizational Behavior with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of San Francisco, and attended US University in San Diego, California and attained her RN License. Jennifer is married and is a “baseball mom” who will cheer on her son Sam while he plays D1 Baseball in college. Other time well spent is spoiling and walking the adorable Golden Doodle Jax.

Darshan Kulkarni

Darshan Kulkarni, PharmD, JD, is a food and drug attorney, pharmacist, and educator with more than 20 years of experience advising life sciences companies on regulatory, legal, compliance and clinical matters. As the founder of Kulkarni Law Firm, P.C., he helps pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare technology companies navigate FDA regulations and develop practical approaches to commercial and clinical challenges.

Darshan’s work focuses on pharmaceutical advertising and promotional compliance, influencer marketing, direct-to-patient engagement, artificial intelligence in healthcare, and clinical research. His background combines legal practice, pharmacy, regulatory strategy, and corporate leadership, giving him a multidisciplinary perspective on the challenges facing today’s life sciences industry.

He is an adjunct professor at Drexel University and has taught healthcare law, bioethics, and regulatory compliance. Darshan is also the host of DarshanTalks, where he explores complex healthcare and regulatory issues through conversations with industry professionals. He is also the inaugural chair of the Board for the Emily Whitehead Foundation

Marc Lavin has worked at Pfizer for 30 years. His entire tenure at the company has been devoted to supporting regulated environments (GxP, PDMA, SOX). Marc is currently the Director of HCP/Patient Compliance and Audit, responsible for oversight of compliance for samples, savings cards, meetings, and promotional materials in North America. Marc has vast experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in many different functions, including information technology. He was a key player in the development and implementation of Pfizer’s global samples policy which is in place in over 60 markets.

With over 25 years in the industry, Ruby is a seasoned professional specializing in sales enablement. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with sales professionals, providing them with the tools, training and strategies needed to succeed in their roles. Her expertise lies in optimizing sales processes, enhancing team performance, and driving revenue growth through effective sales enablement strategies.

Aaron Michael Lehikoinen

Aaron Lehikoinen, Associate Director – Global Sample Operations, Eli Lilly & Co. has over 19 years of successful experience working in the pharmaceutical industry with positions in Sales, Ethics and Compliance, Lilly Patient Services, Sample Accountability, and previous Sharing Alliance Industry Board Member.

Aaron graduated from Brigham Young University with Phi Alpha Theta Honors and remains connected by serving as the BYU Alumni Chair for the Indianapolis Chapter. He is married and has 5 lively children. In his “free time”, Aaron enjoys serving at church, coaching sports, traveling with his family, running, and cheering for BYU sports!

Dave Mason

Novartis

Dave Mason is a seasoned pharmaceutical industry professional with more than 40 years of experience spanning supply chain, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and quality operations. He currently works at Novartis within the U.S. Supply Chain organization, where he manages the company’s Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) Program and supports the NDC 12 Program.
Since the passage of the DSCSA legislation in 2013, Dave has served as the Novartis team leader responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of the company’s DSCSA compliance program. Throughout this effort, he worked closely with the FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) team responsible for DSCSA implementation and actively participated in numerous industry initiatives focused on shaping serialization and traceability standards across the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Dave has been a key contributor to several industry organizations and collaborative working groups, including GS1, the Association for Accessible Medicines (AAM), and the Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA), helping to drive industry alignment and implementation strategies for DSCSA requirements.

Over the course of his career, Dave has held roles with responsibilities in project management for manufacturing and packaging sites, packaging engineering, labeling management, and quality systems. His extensive experience has enabled him to successfully lead complex cross-functional initiatives, support regulatory compliance efforts, and improve operational performance throughout the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.

With decades of experience and deep expertise in supply chain security, serialization, packaging operations, and regulatory compliance, Dave is recognized as a knowledgeable leader in the pharmaceutical industry and a trusted resource in the implementation and evolution of DSCSA requirements.

Alan Minsk

Arnall Golden Gregory

Alan G. Minsk is a Partner and Chair of the Food & Drug Practice team at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG), where he also serves as Co-Chair of the Life Sciences Industry team. He advises pharmaceutical, biologic, medical device, cosmetic, and food companies on all legal and regulatory matters related to the US FDA, supporting clients through both pre-approval and commercial phases. Alan assists life science companies and venture capital firms with regulatory diligence matters and drafts agreements related to clinical trials, quality, and contract manufacturing. He has a reputation for being practical and effective, delivering functional solutions that align with both legal and regulatory requirements and client needs.

Beyond his work at AGG, Alan serves as General Counsel for the Sharing Alliance and holds various positions on numerous professional boards. Alan is a graduate of Brandeis University and Georgetown University Law Center.

Veronika Peleshchuk Fradlin

Veronika Peleshchuk Fradlin is the Director of the Open Payments Data Group in CMS’s Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics. She has worked on Open Payments for more than a decade, serving in both technical and leadership roles and helping guide the program’s systems, data, policy, operations, and stakeholder engagement. She has been with CMS since 2011 and brings extensive experience in healthcare transparency, data analytics, and program implementation.

Ashley Han

Ashley Han leads the communications workstream for the Open Payments Data Group (OPDG) within CMS’s Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics (OEDA). She has supported the Open Payments program for five years, with experience managing and coordinating the program’s data publication processes, as well as overseeing the management and maintenance of the Open Payments Search Tool website.

Matthew Paul is Senior Manager of Samples Management at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he oversees initiatives supporting pharmaceutical sample operations, compliance, and vendor management with a focus on DTP sampling channels. With experience across pharmaceutical sales, commercial operations, and sales operations, he brings a broad perspective on optimizing field programs while maintaining regulatory excellence. Matt earned his B.B.A. in Marketing from Temple University.

Deb Segura

The Sharing Alliance

Deb Segura is the Executive Director of the Sharing Alliance and has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has dedicated herself to providing valuable compliance information to Alliance members and industry. She is a founding member of the Sharing Alliance, a not-for-profit organization established in 1989 with a mission to improve the pharmaceutical industry’s understanding of the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA) and related sample compliance regulations. Prior to taking the position of Executive Director, Deb’s career included various management positions at Kos Pharmaceutical (now Abbott), Novo Nordisk, and Bristol Myers Squibb. Her primary focus was sample compliance, education and training, and sample investigations. She is the proud mother of three wonderful children and grandmother to five. She and her husband reside in York, SC.

Joshua Showers is Director of IT Strategy & Implementation at dfYOUNG, with more than a decade of experience delivering enterprise technology and digital transformation solutions. He leads the strategy, design, and implementation of customer-facing applications, warehouse and order management platforms, systems integrations, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Throughout his career, Joshua has led technology initiatives across the pharmaceutical, logistics, manufacturing, and food & beverage industries, helping organizations transform complex business challenges into scalable, results-driven solutions.

Debbie Tay

Debbie Tay has over twenty years of broad sales operations experience including Sample Compliance, Sales Force Automation, Field Reporting, Fleet, HR/Benefits, Recruiting and Incentive Compensation. She is currently the Associate Director of Commercial Operations. She is a results producing manager and team member who consistently demonstrates strong leadership in improving systems and processes to meet the business acumen. She has more than 20 years of experience with innovative successful commercial operations and HR productivity development of intuitive compliant processes. She has led advances in technology and field enablement for a variety of Specialty Pharmaceutical, Hospital and Managed Markets teams, in addition to incentive compensation design and KPI scorecards to motivate sales teams to fulfill business strategy plans. Debbie holds an MBA from University of Phoenix majoring in Business Administration and is a current Sharing Conference Board Member.

Monique Thomas is a seasoned operations, compliance and business operations professional with a diverse background spanning law enforcement, military intelligence, and the pharmaceutical industry.

Since retiring from her pharmaceutical career, Monique partners with small businesses to support and help integrate AI tools and automation into their operations. She also continues to apply her compliance expertise through sales rep audits for QPharma. Monique brings a unique perspective to The Sharing Alliance, combining real-world compliance experience with a passion for helping organizations and small businesses create efficient, compliant and purpose-driven operations.

She lives in Florida with her husband and is the proud mom of four sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, learning languages, and riding her Harley.
