2023 Hotel & Travel Information

The 2023 Sharing Conference™ will be held at the spectacular Marriott Marquis Marina Hotel in beautiful San Diego, California. This waterfront hotel overlooks a private marina and is near numerous attractions, including Seaport Village, the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park and Balboa Park. Every hotel room and suite has impressive views of the city or San Diego Bay. If you are a golfer, Torrey Pines and Steele Canyon are only 16 miles away!

Conference Schedule

Conference events begin on Sunday, April 30th and run through late afternoon on Tuesday, May 2nd. We encourage you to consult the conference agenda when making your travel plans so you don’t miss anything; it will be updated often as scheduling details are finalized.

Transportation

The San Diego International Airport is only 3.3 miles from the hotel. Ride shares, buses and rental cars are available modes of transportation to get from the airport to the hotel.

Hotel Reservations and Travel Arrangements

Hotel reservations and travel arrangements are not included in the conference registration fee and must be made separately. We encourage you to stay at the Marriott Marquis Marina for the best service and accommodations while you are attending the conference. You can also take advantage of the Marriott Bonvoy travel program and earn points for your stay during the conference. Membership in the program is free.

The room rate for the 2023 Sharing Conference is $319.00 (plus state/local taxes).

If reserving your room by phone, call 877-622-3056 and you must reference the meeting name “The 2023 Annual Sharing Conference”. This is necessary to obtain the discounted rate. Room block reservations should be made by Monday, April 10, 2023. After that date, rooms will be offered on a space available basis at prevailing hotel rates.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Please note check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.

Conference Attire

Business casual attire is recommended for all daily sessions and meal functions.

Average temperatures in April/May range between 69° for a high and lows in the mid-50s.
